Khubilai Khan
The grandson of Genghis Khan and the Son of Hulegu, that ruled over China from 1271-1294, made tablets to honor his ancestors and gave them Chinese names. He pretty much changed Mongol life in China as they ruled over it.

The Mongol ruler over the Persian lands conquered by the Mongols, sacked Baghdad and ended the reign of the Abbasid caliphate. He heavily enforced taxes on the lands he conquered and forced the peasants out. He was also the father of Khubilai Khan.

Kipchak Khanate/ Golden Horde
The Mongol Empire in Russia that was named after the Kipchak Turkic speaking peoples, where the reign in Russia was different. No heavily guarded garrisoned cities, or permanent state administrators, because Russia had little to offer the Mongols. But instead the gained wealth easily from the Russians and adapted to Russian ways of life.
